My Story
I first began creating macarons during COVID lockdown since my sister LOVED them and I had been watching one too many Great British Baking Show episodes. I found out the hard way that they are temperamental little cookies and have a mind of their own sometimes. After many failed attempts and lots of research (because SCIENCE!), I finally began to figure out these finnicky treats. I would bring them to work for holiday events and my co-workers raved about them and challenged me to create new and different flavors every time. Eventually, they pushed and convinced me to open my own little small side business so more people can enjoy my macarons! And with that Elle Bee Macarons (a play on my initials) was born!
